Can I compare telemetry from different seasons?
Yes! Historical data is available from 2018 onwards. Use the comparison tool to overlay telemetry from different years at the same circuit. Note that car regulations change yearly, so direct comparisons should account for technical differences.
Why is some telemetry data missing or incomplete?
Data gaps occur due to broadcast limitations, GPS dropouts in certain track sections, or technical issues with F1's official feeds. We display all available data but cannot fill gaps that don't exist in the source feeds.
How accurate is the tire wear and strategy prediction?
Predictions use machine learning models trained on historical data and real-time telemetry. Accuracy is approximately 75-85% for pit stop windows but can be affected by safety cars, red flags, or unexpected tire issues.
Can I export telemetry data for my own analysis?
Yes, Premium and Pro users can export data in CSV or JSON formats. Free users have limited exports (5 per month). Exports include all telemetry channels, timestamps, and session metadata.
Does TELOS work on mobile devices?
TELOS is fully responsive and works on tablets (iPad, Android tablets). Phones are supported but charts may be cramped on smaller screens. We recommend tablets or desktop for the best experience.
What's the difference between Free and Premium plans?
Free: Access to live telemetry with basic channels (speed, position), limited historical data (current season only), 5 exports/month. Premium: All telemetry channels, full historical archive, unlimited exports, AI predictions, priority support.
How often is new data added to the platform?
Live sessions stream in real-time during race weekends. Historical data from completed sessions is processed and available within 6-24 hours post-session. Full race archives are updated every Monday after race weekends.
Common Issues
Telemetry not loading / stuck on loading screen
Solution: Clear browser cache, disable ad blockers, check internet connection (minimum 5 Mbps). If issue persists, try incognito/private mode. VPNs can sometimes cause connection issues with our data streams.
Charts not displaying correctly or overlapping
Solution: Refresh the page, try zooming out (Ctrl/Cmd + 0 to reset zoom), update your browser to latest version. Chrome 90+, Firefox 88+, or Safari 14+ recommended.
Login issues or account not recognized
Solution: Use "Forgot Password" to reset credentials. Check if email verification was completed. For persistent issues, contact support@telosf1.com with your registered email.
